Since becoming a freelance consultant in July 2006 I have undertaken a variety of work.

Recent or on-going commissions include:

• Reviewing and evaluating a variety of operational services.
• Undertaking a new city-wide support needs analysis for Birmingham SP Team
• Leading a small project team of independent consultants on a major study of the need for supported housing in London for the NHF and GLA.
• Working with the same team to assess the volume of need for supported  housing and floating support across the North West for the Regional Assembly
• Working with HouseMark & SITRA to develop their support benchmarking tool and doing subsequent benchmarking consultancy on a bespoke basis for various providers and authorities
• Working with various providers on tender presentations and solving management problems
