I can offer a strong background not just in the writing of submissions and price calculations, but also in negotiation and contractual issues.
• I was centrally involved in developing the SITRA/NHF/HouseMark support provider benchmarking system in 2005-6.
• I am familiar with a range of outcome monitoring techniques and with setting up monitoring systems to allow them to be truly useful.
• Any programme of service improvement depends, crucially, on getting ‘buy-in’ from the key stakeholders – staff, funders, users and carers. I am very experienced at 'selling’ ideas for change, and  refining them on the basis of wide consultation.
